Owned and operated by one of the area’s most dynamic teachers Sylvia Clement, we invite you into our sanctuary where mind body and soul connect. A yoga studio like no other offering students of all levels luxurious space in which to heighten your senses and awaken your spirit. Whether you are a seasoned student hoping to reach higher in your practice or someone who has always wanted to try yoga but not yet gotten ‘round to it, our team of highly trained instructors will inspire you on your path wherever it may take you.
